  • I just got through reading Fast Food Nation, and I have to agree after going through all that ... we are what we eat folks ... and we're spreading it around the world.  Republican and McDonald's bashing aside, it really opens your eyes to what you really are eating ... and it isn't good.

  • i think i went to mcdonalds a few days after i watched it. That movie had no effect on me.

  • it's not pretty...

  • Yeah, we are eating lots of things that are bad for us...
    *sparkle

  • I found the book more laughable because the publicity it got for "exposing" truth. It was always obvious that anything that came from a place full of teenager employees wasn't healthy. AND IT'S AMERICANS FAULT FOR BEING DUMB enough to succumb to the advertising. Yes, I'm quite ashamed to say I stand next to a bunch of idiots that we call Americans. At least their are a few Americans that read(such as yourself) that are smart enough to make good eating habits.

  • haha yeah. that book is quite the eye opener.
as for my baby brother, he's doing well.
he likes to scream and kick. something i fear might turn into a bad habit during his toddler years.
other than that, he's doing pretty swell. almost seven months now.

    :D
